Do not do business with these people unless you enjoy getting screwed!  They specialize in covering up major defects in automobiles, dropping the sales price below blue book, then offering to sell a "warranty" via a third party.  They are very smooth talkers and will make you believe they are honest up standing people. That is until you give them your money, then they ignore your phone calls, the warranty you purchase isn't even sent to the warrenty company.  The whole while telling us were gonna fix your truck, we know it was damaged when we sold it to you.  Then denies ever saying they are responsible.

We purchased a truck three months ago, drove the truck home and realized there was a serious defect in the truck.  Called them back in the morning informed the manager Johathan Moore of the issue, he said bring it back Monday when my Machanic is in and we are going to take care care of it.  Well, that's exactly what we did. Two months later after many many phone calls and multiple lies our phone calls became pointless and never returned.  i began researching this company and realized how horrible their reputation really is. They would not even tell us what diesl shop our truck was located.  So I search the area and actually located the truck at a shop about 50 miles from the dealer. The Machanic had the truck only two weeks of this two month period when we were told it had been in the shop. The Machanic said it needed a head gasket replaced... $6500-7000, once they told Johathan this information they could No longer get anyone to return their calls either. So at this point we had to hire an attorney...They had our money, our truck, and completely refused tho speak to us.  Also, after three monts we have no title or registration. The truck isn't even actually ours, yet William Crain has $ 13,715.00 of our money and refuses to return ANY of our phone calls. Our attorney did receive an email answer from him. Of coarse full of lies and denials.  To top it off Johnthan callEd my husband and threatened us!! These people are like gangsters, they believe they can just get away with Terrorizing and cheating everyone! They are all going to HELL, no one deserves to be treated this way.  I pray they all loose their licenses. I did file a complaint with the used car commission.

Stating the obvious!

AUTHOR: Rebecca - ()

POSTED: Sunday, July 14, 2013

Really? Don't you think I regret not researching them before this happened. I had no idea this website existed, I had no reason to know this. I am 42 years old and believe me I have made many mistakes and will make many more. I do not claim to be perfect. But, I learn from my mistakes and try to help others from repeating my mistakes. You putting your two cents in to state the obvious is a bit immature, don't you think?  My complaint is to hopefully help someone who DOES think before buying from these people. Do I really need to explain that to you?

Do you think the time to be doing all this research on the dealer is BEFORE you buy from them???
