Signet Financial Group Signet Financial will not make good on their contract to refund $$$ on unused service contract Vacaville, California

  In Oct 2005 I purchased a 2005 Impala. Along with this purchase ,I purchased a long term service contract.This amount 2300.00 was to be refunded if warranty was never used.

I contacted Signet Financial in Nov2010,filled out all info required.

After several weeks I tried to see what was happening with refund. They told me that it was being processed. I continued to call about every week and they finally said refund would be issued on March31,2011

Since that time the phone has been disconnected and I am still waiting for refund.
