Silv Communications USBI Slammed - called me claiming to be from At&T and i told them I did not need a different long distance company they switched me without my permission, tripling my long distance cost Los Angeles, California

This company called me claiming they were from At& T. Asking me questions about how I liked my At&T long distance I told them I was very happy with their service. I told them I did not want to change companies. I then called AT&T and told them I thought I was being slammed. Next thing I knew I was being charged 3 times the amount I was paying with AT&T and being charged for each long distance call. Even after telling AT&T I still got slammed. This company is a rip off they need to be sued. I am out close to $500.00 which isn't much but I would have only paid At&T $100.00 during the same time period

My wife and I own a small computer service company and were slammed back in August by these crooks. Each time we call the phone company about this they tell us to call these fools who hide behind a voice recording because they are too coward to speak to the people they rip off. I am going to the U.S. Department of Justice on Monday and filing a complaint. I will not stop until the owners of this criminal enterprise are behind bars. They said they were with ATT and the same as you. I asked if he was sure he was with AT&T several times and he said yes I promise you I am with AT&T. So far they have hit us for $90 a month for 5 months. Crooks they are and honest they will never be.
