i have purchased a shirt 6 months ago from uksoccershop.com. i pay for it but it never came to me.

after 1 month later i wrote to their helpdesk and they said they will look for it, after 1 months later they accept refund.

but they havent refund anything yet. i have sent so many messages to them but after the 3th month they never reply..

what a company is that??
