Our Personal Situation is they accepted a truck for shipping (Florida to Montana) they picked it up and seemed like really nice guys, that is why you must watch out for them!
The truck they picked up from us was supposed to be delivered within the week... several WEEKS went by, we were told it would be there in a few days, then we were told it would arrive next week, then we were told the truck was still in Texas then after a month plus they finally admitted the truck was STILL IN HAINES CITY FLORIDA!!!
THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!!! They eventually returned the truck (after hours when we were closed) but NEVER did they return our money... It's a pure scam and we plan to go after them legally as we have texts and video recorded calls where they swear they would return our money.
We will get them on GRAND THEFT and let me tell you they are VERY afraid of the police and when we filed our initial GRAND THEFT report the sherrifs office said there are MANY cases against them!!!!
They as much said they would Western Union the funds, return the truck with cash, return the truck with a cashiers check and so on...
Go after these cons to your fullest potential as we need dirt bag losers like this out of our society!!!

PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEIR FMCSA FILE AS WELL.

The same people did this to us too under the name of Car Collection LLC in Orlando
They went as far as to try and trash us on our own facebook page and on Yelp too
because we would not remove our comments from Ripoffreport.com
I only warned them for at least 2 weeks that I would report them if they didn't return the money they stole from us.
I would not ttempt to remove my report even if I could. They tried to say they would sue me... I told them to show me one single lie
I have told about them. They CANT. So glad ripoffreport is here for us to help spread the word about companies such as this...
