SKYWAY USA Managers hung up on me and will not return my calls Louisville Kentucky

I called to speak with a manager when i ordered my system, asking if there was a trial period where I could test their service without entering a contract or a cancelation fee. I was instructed by their sales manager (Jerry) that I could indeed try out their service and if I was not totally satisfied that I could get a refund and cancel their service.

Well after the first day of trying their service I notice the latency. It is terrible, my dialup connection has less latency and about the same upload speeds.

I call to see if theres a way to improve upon their service and was told that even their best package wouldnt help the latency issue.

I call back few days later to cancel my account. Speak to the same manager I ordered my service from and he told me he would take care of me and call me back shortly after he spoke with the head office. No return phone call that day after a 6 hour wait. Next day I wait until the afternoon to give them a chance to call, no call so I call them. Well the story was the manager was out that day and I had to talk to someone else who did the same exact thing, no return call after they said they would call me back. Once again, day 3 try the same calling in to cancel my order, once again no help. This time I was hung up on.

Called to speak with the sales manager Jerry once again and he will not return my calls nor refund my money.

They want me to pay close to $600 to cancel a service that does not perform what they advertise.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
