Sleep Doctor Mattress Worst ever mattress and Money Looters Lansing Michigan

 Worst ever experience I have ever had in USA.  You will become patients if you use sleep doctor bed.

Here is the story, we went to Lansing, MI store, met the sales Guy, tried the beds available asked about the reviews. Ordered a bed for 636 USD.  Bed arrived as said.   We were happy and started sleeping in the bed, within two days got a back pain. Then we realized that the bed had sag inside.  

Went to the store again and complained, this time there was another sales person was there.  After hearing our story, he said sorry to hear that and the bed that we ordered was not a good Bed.  This is completely different from the statement what the other salesperson said.  We were shocked to hear that.  We requested to come and take a look at the bed and replace it.  Also we have tried once again the display item which the feeling was completely different.

We stopped using the bed.  First week no one turned, I tried giving messages using their services available ONLINE, 100% useless. Non one turned for two weeks, third week went back to the store, now we saw the same salesperson whom we met first time.  we had a discussion on our compliant, he said he is hearing the compliant for the first time (bullshit I wasted all my time).

Now couple of guys came to home and measured the bed and said the bed does not have the sag which requires replacement ( It had half inches less sag than to replace).  This is absurd.   Called the store once again and discussed the situation, the Sales Guy said he could not do anything as the sag is not sufficient to replace the bed, after hearing conversation he was suggesting me to put a advertisement in craigslist to sell the bed ( once again bullshit) I blasted the guy and kept the phone.  Wasted time,  energy and money.

Ultimately SLEEP DOCTOR Stores are MONEY LOOTERS, DAY TIME THIEVES I made sure none of my friends visit SLEEP DOCTOR stores.   You will become patients if you use sleep doctor bed.
