My recommendation: Dont buy from Sleepys

I bought at Sleepys a high end mattress as the salesman boasted.
Within 6 months the mattress has turned into a soft and back aching mattress.

What bothers most is the they are known for this deceptive
practice and yet continue to sell cheap or refurbished products. They were
fined $200,000 by the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs back in 2007.

I wanted a new high end mattress for my wife that was
suffering from Pancreatic Cancer. The salesman said I could not find a better
mattress anywhere else. My wife passed before she was able to sleep on it. I
slept only on one side and not on the side that was for her. My side has soften
to the point that my back aches and her side is still firm.

I filed a complaint with Sleepys and I have to wait 5 to 7
days for an inspector to confirm my complaint. They also asked if I had a box spring
and if I soiled or stained the mattressthis is a loop hole for them that DCA
said that must stop using as an excuse.
