I entered Slim4Life, May 4, 2015, to get an idea if their program would work for me.

Sera told me the program worked with foods i would buy at my grocery store. There would be no special meals, diet, shakes or soups past the cleansing stage. The one month introductory offer advertised on the radio was never mentioned. Only a DISCOUNTED price of $599 which include a $300 discount. I signed up after a quick talking long introduction. The parts I heard sounded good and the ones I had questions about went by so fast, I had no chance to ask questions and at the end didn't remember what I wanted to ask. But I heard loud and clear "No special foods". i heard the set up and enrollment fee was non-refundable and was quickly shuffled through signing.

People read the whole agreement before signing! Non of it is refundable! Look closely at the list of supplements, drinks, snacks, salad dressings, etc., you will have to take for the entirety of the program, at a cost that is "out of this world"!

Some products that you are required to take or "they will not guarantee weightloss" are over $100 each month!

So i left with no copies of what I had signed. they said they would give me a folder after my nutritional class, scheduled a few days later. upon attending the class, I soon realized this was not what I had been given the impression it was. There were very expensive, bars, drinks, and supplements out the wazzoo, that I was required to take. i asked to be excused to make a call to my husband. Upon discussing with him the costs involved, we agreed we coundln't afford this much along with purchasing a home and moving expenses, as we were just relocating to the community, from another state. I noticed they seemed to scramble around and wondered if the upset was over me asking to be excused. They soon approached me with discount after discount, in private of course, away from the other participants. Non of which were less than $90 each month!

I left with my folder which I had secured upon the start of the class. All of the information sheets, I had been shown in the introduction and sign up, were not in my folder. You see, once given the folder at the "nutrition class", the whole program is non-refundable. At this point you have already signed and agreed to that. It is now too late to have any recourse.

I tried through my credit card company to get a refund, unsuccessfully. Bottom line is, they have thought of everything, right down to the timing of their deception!

I am filing a complaint with my consumer protection agencies available to me. I hope there is a class action lawsuit!

These people intentionally decieve you! BEWARE!
