SMC Corp. Inframercial Starring Tom Bosley Supporting SMC Corp. Mr. Tom Bosley infra merchal on SMC CORP. the get paid honest and really woks scam. I was ripped off $328.00 by this company Simi Valley California

I was up late on night watching t.v. when the inframercial with Tom Bosley came on and was talking about a product called SMC corp. I thought I would give it a try because it was of course "risk free" money back no questions asked. Yea right! So I called the 1-800-99876. Oh the girl was so nice and took my order boy what a good sales person she was and how dumb I was but I accepted the offer and I received my kit in a week along with many stipulations that I never agreed to over the phone and I was furious so I called all the phone numbers given to me and after two days of trying to get through these numbers, I finally got to a recording giving me every detail on how to send my kit back with it being sent to Fontana ca. I could have driven it there faster then mailing it( I only live 15 miles from Fontana Ca,) but I followed every step the recording had explained. I know this for a fact because I listened to it over and over so I would not make one mistake. I went to the post office with detailed discriptions of what I needed to do. The postal woman was so kind and helped me make sure I had followed all steps and off it went. Well from one address which is SMC corp. 996 Flower Glen St. Simi Valley CA 93065. Everything was sent certified, insured and the postal reciept letting SMC corp. they to sent a reciept showing the post office acknoledged I had returned every thing properly. Well today I received a letter from SMC speciality merchandandise corp. that they did not receive proof of shipment and therefore the could not refund my $325.00 yes thats right $325.00. The letter also states in these exact words. The proff of shipment can either be a valid tracking number(be awere that most shipping companies only offer tracking within a small amount of time before the number is no longer traceable) the letter goes on to say you may contact us using our e-mail at htt://smcsupport.smcorp.com. and so I did and of coures it says internet explorer cannot display the webpage. Again I say I am furious if anyone ever believes Tom Bosley inframercial with SMC corp. Please take it from me I must have watched to many seasons of Happy Days to really believe Tom Bosley would only support a honest corp. Please Please don't anyone fall for this scam I don't know how to get my $325.00 back and I do have all copies of papers reciepts dates for proof. If anyone has also gone through what I am please give me some advice. I cry daily Thank you
