We'll gladly look into the matter and will refund you all you money or fix it for you, should you help us identify yourself. We don't believe you referring to the right company. We are always very careful with our customers and try to help with every single problem they have. Or maybe you are one of our competitors trying to ruin our reputation (you have no details in your statement)?
