 again you have no clue what your talking about the person failed to provide the exam required ( I,e. you go for a drivers license and they fail to give you the exam and or driving test done and than deny you a license understand now? not rocket science)

I never stated or think its a " retirement" fund as you seem to think fact is I was denied even a exam for the renewal process also the local social security office loses or misplaces forms sent in ( not my job to do there record keeping ) and do nothing about it but hang up on me guess you find that acceptable as well?

It is up to YOU to update any status reports to SSA including sending in appropriate paperwork. Yet here you are still playing the victim - what is your DISABILITY??? YOU are the one who is collecting SSI without providing any proof of your disability and YES they SSA can subtract any monies you paid for an overpayment. IF you did not earn the money then you are not "entitled" to it. SSI is for a DISABILITY moron not retirement therefore you only get a certain sum related to how much you paid into the system IF you even did.

having a disability or being disabled doesnt make me ( or many others ) unable to do certain things, like use a computer

as for my disability thats not your concern, and been disabled for some time, and you seem to have forgotten that i'm up for review ( as are many others from time to time depending on there disability) and the fact the person who denied me failed to set up a exam required ( her reason for denying me her failure to do) and used that against me to deny me.

or the fact she never returned my calls, lets review again required exam not set up or even attempted and denied as a result of there inaction

guess you also didnt read that social security office lost/misplaced my forms sent in ( timely manner in day or so ( depending on when recieved i.e weekend etc.) and could careless that they filed to do anything and there refusla to answer anything and hang up constantly .

guess the ssa for 795 ( to continue benefits while i'm appealing ) they ignore as well.

You no longer qualify for SSI. SO what is your disability that makes you unable to work? You have to ability to use a computer and file paperwork with SSA then an appeal but you cannot work??  AND if you think you can do better than the "seat warmer" then apply to work for SSA!! Sickening.
