What is your disability? What does your race and the KKK history have to do with the fact that you have a 15 year old warrant that YOU have not resolved?

The Law is the LAW. Since you are a paralegal file the appropriate paperwork to get your benefits back but it is your lack of due diligence to clear up this old warrant. People in jail have nothing to do with the fact that you are not getting disability benefits. This is on you.

1. I said nothing about SSI. SSI is a supplement income welfare. SSD is money that was taken care of my paycheck that I worked for. Like if you work, do they not take social Security tax dollars out of your paycheck.

2. As far as the old 15 year old warrant it’s none expedite. They know who, what, where I am my name is still the same, address and social security number haven’t change. Due to my mental health and homeless throughout these years of not receiving my SSD my mental state disability made it hard to clear up past old outstanding warrant that you don’t remember.

Now I have a home. I’m stable reclaiming everything that’s been held back from me. A Paralegal can suffer from a disability does this mean she’s not a Paralegal? Can a blind man be a lawyer? Can a outstanding Federal judge suffer from a hidden type of disability that’s not physical for the eyes to see and yet. They may be bipolar or suffer with PTSD.

Can a SUPREME judge have a disability? They may have episode from time to time each day. Learnt to cope and adjust. Good days bad days. Due diligence as you say. If a person is in a mental health condition, what would be their state of mind? If they’re in a homeless chronic situation due to lack of income, what would be their state of mind?

At this point are they incompetent? If they’re hospitalized on some occasions with medical records to back it up. Are they stable within the walls of their mind? According to statistics chronic homelessness worsen the mental health of Individuals no one at this state of mind is thinking about old warrants. Depending on the degree level of the mental health current condition.

If someone with mental while being homeless cause them to forget, be confuse roam or drift wander from place to place, city to city that’s not a stable mind set. How can you expect them to function on a quote unquote normal mindset? Stabilize the person first with shelter housing so the mind can rest. Medication may be needed.

Without your mind being healthy no one is good for anyone. I said nothing in reference to the KKK and my social security benefits.
