SOFA SHOWCASE ripoff scam con artists EAST BRUNSWICK New Jersey

I purchased a sofa and chair from sofa showcase in March 13, 2002 and still have not received my refund as of yet...i went to the east brunswick store back in may when they told me it would take 8-10 week and i waited...

i called customer service and they were rude and nasty to me then i went to the store and called police and they called the police and asked me to leave and i demanded my refund and they said it would come in 14 days..

i went back to the store in 14 days and demanded my refund or equal amount of furniture in the store and they called police on me again and asked me to leave..they told the police that they would sent the refund in 5 to 7 working days and that was back in june and i still have not received anything as of yet.

i contacted the east brunswick police and filed a complaint against the saleperson and owner and have a court hearing in east brunswick on july 31 at 9:00 myself and another couple filed a complaint against them and here we wait..

i have been in contact with monmouth cty prosecutor office and east brunswick police about this and they want everyone to file complaints with the state consumer affairs so the atty general will get involved..the detective said there is 168 people so far that they know about and still more coming in that were ripped off...

now that there is 4 jursdictions involved now it become a state level now...so i hope they all go to jail and we get our money back...hears wishing...we all have to stick together and put these people away...thanks again
