I went to download Spybot S&D and before I could download the software this site popped up representing itself like it was the download portal and that I had to enter payment information, like in case I decided to use additional services they have available later for a fee.  Then after I entered the information it said that it was $18.99 per year for a 3 year subscription.  I didn't think that was a lot of money, but then I looked at the Spybot site once I was able to start the download, and it said that it's software was free of charge.  I looked at my bank information and it showed that Softwarepros.com charged me $88.82, approximately 5 times the amount it quoted.  So the next morning I contacted my bank.  I have to fill out fraud paperwork with them, file a police report, provide them with a copy of it and then, they will give my money back.  Meanwhile I called the number provided on the charge with the bank for Softwarepros.com.  They have it set up so you cannot speak with a person at all.  It's a cheesy sounding british accent lady voice, which sounds electronic not like a real person.  I left a sternly worded message about their fraudulent activity with my contact information and they sent me an email more than 12 hours later saying that they received my message and that they were going to refund the money minus the $9.99 processing fee.  So Beware of these guys.  I'm also going to report them to the Spybot S&D people.  I'd much rather make a donation to them than pay these hacks who live in Ohio, but have a Fictitious Name certificate in Florida to try to cover their tracks.  I also was able to get the home address on the two prinicpals the husband and wife in Ohio, for anyone who wants it.  David A Shullick, (((Redacted))) North Ridgeville, OH (((Redacted))), (((Redacted))); or David A Shullick, (((Redacted)))., North Ridgeville, OH (((Redacted))); (((Redacted))).  Could be another smoke screen...
