I was attempting to purchase Avast Anit-Virus software for 3 years for $59.99. Somehow, not knowing it, I was redirected to this Software Pros website. When I got the link in an email to download avast, it took me to Software Pros. I signed in and when I attempted to download Avast, it took me to a blank page. When I checked my credit card online, I was charged $80.90. There is no phone number to call only email. I sent an email demanding a full refund. However, based on the other terrible reviews I have seen, I think it will be a fight. I have contacted my Credit Card's Fraud department, and also reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit agains this company.

I am waiting for the pending transaction on my credit card to post so I can dispute it.
