Solid Commerce Solid, Drops the ball and runs! Los Angeles California

Its hard for me to understand how Solid Commerce is actually a functioning company. I would be more likely to beleive this was something running out of grandma's basement by some high school kids stealing the neighbors Wifi connection.

 The details of our nighrmare of an expeireince with Solid Commerce started from day 1. They brag that their goal is to get the customers who are with ChannelAdvisor, as if they have something better to offer. The employees there could probably only clean a bathroom better than a ChannelAdvisor employee since theyre probably all standing around dodging customers all day.

Solid's selling point is the so-called "account manager" who is dedicated to you from start to finish. Every question that we had brought up to this alleged account manager was met with "I'll get back to you", we're still waiting...

After our first "account manager" knocked our Amazon account offline for the second time and ignored numerous emails, we were assigned yet another incompitent excuse for a human being with zero respect for people let alone a paying customer.

It seems that when Solid Commerce doesn't have an answer they tend to ignore you.

 As of today, we are back with ChannelAdvisor and VERY happy. They actually care!

Its been 3 days since we've requested for Solid Commerce to disconnect their "calculator" from our Amazon account to no avail.  At this time we are seeking an attorney to recover monetary damages that our company has incurred while using Solid Commerce.

 People, if you get as far as reading this you took the right step by doing your research about Solid Commerce.

You should avoid this company like the plague!
