Sony Playstation Deceptive Customer Service and Lackadaisical Technical Service San Mateo California

After Buying the Playstation 4, which has had highly documented occurences of hardware failure resulting in a "Blue Light of Death" and coming to realize said unit was defective, the now disgruntled customer contacted Sony Playstation to initiate a technical service order that would replace my defective unit, under the pre-tense that the box in which I needed to send my defective unit to Sony would arrive via overnight air by Friday. 

As it turns out, the box was never sent until the day it was supposed to arrive.

In the span of two days waiting for the box to actually be shipped, Sony Playstation's customer service representatives I contacted inquiring about the box blatently lied and said the box had been shipped, and that i would be at my doorstop by friday, finally after threatening to file a complaint did I learn the truth and ended up recieving the box to simply send my defective unit to Sony Playstion a day later on Saturday.

With my console shipped to Sony Playstation on a Saturday, it arrived on a monday early in the morning.

After having heard from multiple representatives that the replacement console would be sent out after it was confirmed my console arrived at their service faciltiy, I called to ask about receiving a tracking number for the package coming back to me, as my call had occured around four hours after my package arrived, I was upset to hear them tell me they hadn't actually received it until I demanded they check their facts and they corrected themselves.

Finally tired of being lied to by multiple customer service reps, I called Sony Playstation for nearly the seventh time and waited an hour to attempt to file a complaint, witihin a second of saying my intentions the customer service rep ended the call alledging "the call was breaking up" even though a Sony customer service rep MANAGER said reps are supposed to wait at least two minutes before they would end a call in such circumstances.

During the latest call with a service rep manager, he explained that my replacement console would not be sent till up to two days after it was recieved so they could inspect the unit, even though the unit's deficencies are totally Sony Playstation's own causing, I am supposed to wait for them to replace my defective unit until they preform an autopsy of their own mistake?

In Summary I have been lied to multiple times by Sony's Customer service, Disrespected by being hung-up on so I could wait another hour to simply file a complaint, and forced to tolerate whatever treatment Sony Playstation has wanted to put me through simply because I bought a defective product.
