Sent another email on December 27, 2012 stating the gift was a birthday present and had not rec'd the product; any return emails and have been charged
Rec'd response, December 30, 2012 "Sorry for the mixup. It will be in your hands by the end of the week or Monday of the next"
No product
Sent email January 14, 2013

My advice.....don't even waste the time. Go someplace else and save yourself the heartache and grief!
