South Bay Expressway has sent MULTIPLE "toll evasion” violations AND I DONT EVEN TRAVEL ON TOLL ROADS! San Diego California

I have been sent multpile toll evasion citations since the beginning of 2018. I dont even travel on toll roads let alone travel to San Diego!! I just received ANOTHER notice today 3/2/18 informing me of a "delinquent” toll evasion violation. So i called my bank to check transactions made on such "violation date and time” and what do you know, i was at the supermarket literally down the street from my home in Redlands, during the time of "violation”....pretty impossible for my car to be in San diego going down a toll road at the same time!! Short story long, these notices are BOGUS! Make sure to INVESTIGATE any and all notices especially from South Bay Expressway. Do not send them money!
