This company has charged for calls that were never received or answered to the tune of 100s of calls per week.  We had the telephone monitored by staff to monitor to see what was going on and we would receive approximately 6-10 calls and we were charged for approximately 20 or 30.  We fired the company after several complaints and told them we had the calls monitored.  We are fighting this with the credit card company after they ran the credit card on file through without our permission for the last "trumped up bill that they had"  We have noticed that there are other Rip Off Reports on this company and people should be aware of their unethical tactics.  This company also stated that the calls were coming through in the middle of the night (early morning hours) that is outrageous since we offer services that would be exempt from those off hour calls.  Beware of this company!!

I am a consumer and have never used this company but I am checking on companies I am considering doing business with. This is one of them. I reviewed their website and I noticed some interesting information. First they provide 24 hour service. You can't make calls 24 hours a day. They state they are the lowest price with the highest quality service in the industry. Ok that is enough to draw red flags in itself. You get what you pay for, nothing is for free. You cannot provide 24 hour service, best service in the industry with the lowest fees and employee American work force. So the key is they must outsource their systems outside the country.

I have now researched over 30 companies. I hired two companies over 7 years ago to telemarket my company then in the real estate industry and both went out of business and I lost over $12,000.00 without so much as one call. They both were aware they were going out of business prior to contacting me. Desperate people do desperate things.

When you are looking to outsource your calls, look deep inside the company. It may cost twice as much for one company over another, but you are looking for results, not fabrication. Most companies that outsource are start ups, they don't have a lot of funds, therefore they look at the cheapest way possible to get their company to market and start generating leads and hopefuly income to infuse the company growth. The problem with that is YOU MUST do your due diligence with the company first. Ask the right questions, seek out more than one company. Look at them in a perspective of professionalism in their skill sets. If they can't match your skill sets and expectations, move past them and look elsewhere, after all they are representing yoru company, your brand, your professionalism. If you can help it, never pay upfront fees, pay as you go. Take it from my bad experience. You could pick the wrong company and loose it all. I did it twice.

If you want American speaking and or American Employeed you will pay twice as much. Expect twice as much experience and demand the top people on the phones prospecting for you, anything else isn't good enough. Let them know this will be a long term relationship depending on their responses. Verify their calls. Check the numbers ratio. How many calls outbound to answered calls vs. contact ratio's. You need to know your numbers in this game. The list you are buying, relying on, has to be top notch or your ratios will be down and undetermined. No matter how good the telemarketer is, that company is only as good  as the list that is purchased or provided to them. You cannot go in blind and think you will come out smelling like a rose. Verify calls, call volume, verify the list, reviewe appointments and or sales vs. per contact ratios, listen to calls, get invlolved this is not I am relying on your skill set to help grow my business. You are an intregal part of the process from start to finish. If it fails, you have yourself to blame, because frankly no one else cares and its your money. It may be money you just through away?

I am not affiliated with any telemarketing company, this is just sound advice. Good luck.
