On July 23th 2011 i booked a plane Ticket from Dallas Fort Worth to Los Angeles California, While waiting for the flight we were informed by microphone that the flight was delayed due to some mechanical problems, after an hour waiting they announced that it was engine problems that if we wanted to cancel the flight and get our money refunded we could do that! i cancelled my flight and ended up spending 1200 instead of $300 that i paid with Spirit Airlines, while doing all this run around i lost my credit i used to pay for the ticket, i called my credit card company and cancelled my credit card, Today i called them and ask them what's going on with my refund, they made me wait 20 minutes, the rep came back and told me that they already had re and i was fine with that till i called them 2 weeks after the flight to ask them why my money hasn't been refunded yet! He told me he they already refunded my money, i explained to them that my credit i used to pay for the tickets was stolen and if they could send me a check before! their response was! Sorry if you lost your credit card you lost your money and we won't be able to give you your money back! I was speechless!!!! My replayed was you can't be for reals! He said Sorry Sir if you lost your credit card we won't be able to refund your money! just like that! i can't believe he was saying that! I know there must be something someone can do out there about this issue, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that had this problem with this airlines before, PLEASE HELP. Thank You.
