My mother and I planned a trip to Florida at the end of March.  We booked the travel through Cheap-O-Air with Spirit Airlines.  She died two weeks before the flight.  We never went to Florida.

I faxed the death certificate to them.  Cheap-O-Air said that they were trying to get reimbursed from Spirit Airlines.  They have had no response from them.
