Spirit Airlines DBA Club Spirit $9 Fare Club not advising invoice due and using fraudulent methods to automatically bill credit card Miramar Florida

Spirit Ailines $9 Fare Club does not notify you before renewing your membership... then they refuse to refund your charge if you cancel.  They say that you are sent an email prior to renewal, but that is just not true... I review my emails both the inbox and spam each and every morning and was not sent their so called notification.  They just went ahead and charged my credit card for the $59.95 fee... not even an invoice or receipt sent for that.  I only found out when my credit card statement posted. 

 I asked for the email with the date stamp and they could not produce that record... they know that is my word against their's and that it's not worth the $59.95 to go to court over.  They have you over a barrel... plus the membership fee should at least be prorated to the cancellation date, as they are getting away with charging for something that you are not getting.

Buyer beware... this is a shady at best business practise and outright fraud by deception at worst.
