I had a sprint phone at the end of 2005 and I was having MAJOR problems with costumer service not responding to unexplained charges on my bill, services I ordered not working, s****. />
I couldn't pay it all at once so I made payment arrangements with them. I paid it on time. Because I couldn't pay it all at once they sent my acct. to RPM. When I got my taxes back in 2006 I paid RPM and settled my acct. (or so I thought). I did not hear from Sprint or RPM again.

Then Friday March 23,2007 I got a letter saying I stilll owed money only now it is to SKM Collections (for Sprint) for the same acct. It has been paid through RPM and I am so furious that sprint and RPM would be such liars and thiefs. I mean look how many people they have lied to and how much fradulant stuff shows up on everybodys bills.

Slander of Sprint

I have had sprint for a year and so far have had no problems with them. However, a friend of mine has them and is having huge issues which she is trying,unsuccesfully, to get resolved.

In regards to the comment about slander. Sprint could try to file a suit but, if it is the truth the a person has a right to free speech. It is important to get the word out to other customers when a problem has arised that is not being taken care of.

I do agree that it is not just one person that is the problem. If an employee is not allowed to take care of an issue than they cant. It could be Sprint needs to adjust there policies.

I would suggest writing Sprint and asking for a copy of all of your detailed bills, comments on the computer, and repesentatives names. If you do not have a copy of your contract, then request it. if it is a collection issue that has been paid, take it to the credit bureau. If you contact the reporting agencies they will send you a form to dispute bills.Fill it out and provide the proff that you do not owe the bill because it has been paid or billed erroneously. They will then contact Sprint. There is a total of 30 days allowed for this process. If after 30 days sprint has not responded, it is automatically removed from your credit reports.

Let me first say. "Sprint" Is not one person. There are thousands of Customer service reps. All over the U.S. and even outsourced to other countries. Just like any other job you are dealing with a human when you call. Sprint can not fully control the attitude of whoever happened to get your call.

Maybe the girl who took your called did have an additude. Why should she have to be treated like nothing because you have issues with your bill. She is just an employee doing her job. She did not cause any of your charges, and most likely never spoke to you in the past.

You will probably NEVER talk to the same rep. Although she could have handled the situation different, from the way you sound you were probably very rude and disrespectful. Being a customer does not entitle you to act like a total jerk!

Also, the fact that you are posting flyers, 4000 I beleive you stated?, slandering the company is grounds for a lawsuit on it's own.

I would check into that before you continue your flyering.

Hey I read your post, I actually thought it was one of my old ones because U sound just like me when it comes to calling an Ace an Ace and a Spade a Spade. Sprint is a scam, period. Sprint a bunch of professional liars and theives and nobody is able to blow the whistle on them...Why? Because they are "Sprint" and Sprint is a huge huge multi-million dollar company its hard to beleive? How did Sprint get to be a multi-million dollar, if not billion dollar company? Hmmmm.....

Lies? Scams? Fake promotions? Good ole "bait-n-switch",fradulent charges?

Thats it!! Thats how! What Sprint doesnt seem to get is they would still be a million dollar company without the lies and scams and fraud! Plus,they would have a better reputation!!! Sprint doesnt much care about websites like this. When I instruct them to come here and read, they try to tell me ALLLLLLLLLL these complaints from this site are nothing more than Verizon and Cingular "conspiracy" against them!!! lmao! Thats laughable!!

Sprint told me "Well Maam, u are NOT a preferred customer anyways...U are a $1.00 customer, not a $5.00 customer & this is why your problems go unresolved....You are not professional, u have an attitude and you have been rude to me since I answered your call, and I have been nice to you despite all that Maam"!!!! <----OMG...Thats what she said to me!! A Sprint representative!!! Like i am supposed to be gratefull cause she was "nice" to me "despite" me being irate? Im not gratefull for s**t first of all!!! And I resent her rubbing it in that I am "not" a preferred customer like she was bragging about it and rubbing it in like that was her way of showing me this is my "punishment" for being a disatisfied upset customer!!! The nerve!! They are sooo freaking fearless at Sprint! they dont have a worry in the world...they got it made!! They can lie to u, talk to u anyway they choose to, scam you, I mean u name it without consequences but I am trying to see to it that eventually, there will be some form of consequences for their practices and behavior. I am contacting the FCC, Attorney General and the BBB......Im sure they wont care, but if enough people will do that, perhaps they will investigate Sprint. I have so much overwhelming proof. I have created a "time-line" starting from when I became a Sprint customer until today. I document everything, fully clad with names, dates,conversations and I have over 250 word pad docs and over 15 recordings. I am going to make sure the FCC reviews all of this even if I have to constantly send them copies of the same stuff over n over, I will! I will be dilligent! Relentless! Something has to change!! I think that Sprint should be fined to the tune of 2.2 million dollars (something to that effect) and maybe that will teach them a lesson not to scam customers. Hit em where it hurts! Hell, Sprint has no problem with hitting customers where it hurts , the pockets, and for no good reason. They embellish,create and invent new reasons for "charges" all of which sounds absolutly ridiculous. I cannot mask my contempt for this company. I loath Sprint. Earlier today, we passed out over 1,200 flyers to random people and put them into peoples windshield wipers telling them all about Sprint and advices them NOT to do business with that company. One flyer itself consisted of 4 pages stapled together!!! Thjats pathetic!! 4 freaking pages!! But thats what it took to explain everything that happened to me in regards to my relationship with Sprint.

Oh gross....I just vomited in my mouth a little just thinking about Sprint.
