I came into this web site, just to find out how corruptive this bussiness (Sprint) is. Why the government has'nt put a stop to this, I have been a loyal customer for nuemerous years now, I decided to chage my plan and everything went sour. I had 2000 minutes shrared plan, I decided to lower my plan to 1100 minutes and had my internet off the plan. A month later I received my bill "surprise", you guest it. My bill from previous month came out to $93.35, this time is for $239.74. Why you tell me? When I canceled the internet, I was not advised that I was still going to be able to log on even though I canceled. I thought they forgot to disconnect me from it, not knowing that they were going to charge me for it.

Headaches began when I started calling Sprints 1 888-211-4727. first lady I refuse to give name and ID# due to I will proceed with an advisor or Attorney. I have all my logs and timings when I called this number. I explained the situation to her, she mentioned there was nothing she could do I ask to speak to her supervisor, she said what for? I repeated myself, let me speak to your supervisor, she ask for me to hold for two minutes I did she comes back, I needed to wait atleast 20 minutes, I ask her to give him my number and for him to call me back , she said that cant happened that he was not comming to the phone. You guest it I got pissed, and I told her that I was very unsatisfied with the service.

I called next day, spoke to a representative, again she try to help a little, gave me little credit but then again I told her that my husband was not aware of the bill that he would be calling her back, she said it was fine, he could do that, I did mentioned that he was not going to be happy about it.

Then he called and spoke to a supervisor, which I have his ID and Name, he agreed to give us full credit due to the mishandling, we took his word. Today I was getting ready to pay bill online but decided to call for the updated balance which he mentioned about $97.00. I called and I get a balance of $198.90. I stunnd and called back after that its just went down hill.

My husband out of anger ask him that he was no longer intrested in this service to disconnect tomorrow he repeated twice, she disconnected us right away. I wanted to call my family to let them know of the situation. I got so sick to my stomach. I called back I ususally ask them for ID# and name lady refuse to give ID# and she hang up on me. I got her name only. I called back, Finally spoke to a supervisor and gave me credit for some dollars and ask why was I not getting full credit like the other person should of he said well he did not take care of it. Since I'm the one helping you that's all credit I can give you.

Then I pick up the cell phone and I saw it was upgrading he connected me back. Thats when I started searching for nightmare with sprint and it took me here. I would like to have that class action law suit information. Where to log on.

and to those people that seem pretty reliant in this company, which I beleive are the owners or kissing you know what, is because they are getting their share. LOL
