My contract with a different provider was up and I couldn't have been happier. After many hours of research I decided to go with Sprint for myself and my families wireless provider. I ordered the phones from a 3rd party online and paid for them. NOTHING was right from the beginning. I live in Southeast Texas and the phones came with northern California #'s. The phones were not working right from the get go. We would drop calls, couldn't make calls, couldn't use the internet, were constantly on roaming etc. I am single parent and had NO way to get a hold of my child because his phone didn't work. I went to the store and the man there reset the phones and assured they would be fine...they weren't. I then went back to the store on my next day off (Sunday). I got there at 5pm and by the time the man at the posium asked me for my name it was 510pm. He then told me he would NOT look at my phone because the store closed at 600pm I was astounded being as how I had my child with me explained to him NONE of our phones were working properly and that they were still open for 50 minutes. I then left and tried to call Sprint to voice my disgust and you guessed it I couldn't make a call! It dropped the call 3 times!

I finally got thru and was told I could cancel my service because they were changing the towers from 4G to LTE and it could be awhile until we got service but it was a couple days past my 14 day trial so in order for me to not be charged a cancellation fee I would have to send the phones back. I agreed and she said she would send the box and shipping info to send them and to find a new provider before the 19th of August. I called back a day later to see just how long it would be before the towers would be fixed and we would have good service. I was at first told it would be Oct. I then asked if they would be willing to credit my bill at all since my phones hadn't worked properly since we got them she told me she would give me $15! I told her that is insane that our phones do NOT work and you want to give me a $15 discount that it wasn't acceptable and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was advised that the supervisor was in a meeting and he would have to call me back. He called me back around 10pm (on my home phone I might mention because my cell phone didn't work). He then told me that the tower was fine and he wasn't willing to discount anything. I then said please continue with the cancellation and he said ok. I went and got service thru another provider.

I waited weeks for the stuff from Sprint to send the phones back it NEVER came. Now I do not want to send the phones back. They are MY phones I paid for them from a 3rd party. Sprint is now refusing to de-activate the ESN's. I called them today was trasferred twice and left on hold for 30 minutes to just have a supervisor pick up tell me she is on another call and will call me back at her conveinence. I asked her to not hang up on me but to leave me on hold she didn't answer and proceeded to hang up. Then I called back got transferred again to a man in another country who after having to repeat myself several times and why I was calling and who I wanted to speak to (he was in a dept that couldn't help me) he then told me he was sorry for all of the problems of the world including pollution and then asked me why I was acting the way I was! Then he put me on eternal hold for over 16 minutes and proceeded to hang up on me. GREAT customer service you have. I realize I am just a number in the grand scheme of things but you must not care that just like statistics say I WILL tell as many people as I can about the HORRIBLE service I have gotten from your company. Look I don't care at this point if you charge me cancellation fees just de-activate the ESN #'s on 3 phones!!! PLEASE people beware of Sprint they lie, are rude, hang up on you, and provide HORRIBLE service.
