I paid for Gateway MX6440 Windows Recovery Disk. The description of the item was ""Gateway MX6440 Boot Disk - Windows 98 XP Vista Data Recovery CD/Download". I was provided Linux operating system. I requested a refund. They said that they do not sell Windows products and was refused a refund.
