Stainsafe Inc. warranty ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida

we purchased a 5 year stainsafe "comprehensive furniture protection plan" for our dinning table and chairs. The finish on the table lifted.

We called, it took weeks for someone to come out. The service man asked what caused the problem, we said it was likely due to heat, but not sure as there had been a table cloth on the table.

The serviceman called his "supervisor" who said the damage would not be covered as we could not identify the cause. They said we would receive a "denial letter" in the mail and that we could appeal.

It has been 2 weeks and no letter.

I contacted the furniture store and was told they no longer contract with Stainsafe due to the volume of complaints/dissatisfaction expressed by their customers.

They said one customer contacted the Attorney General. Anyone for a class-action?
