My experience with Star of David Moving has been nothing but shear horror.
They came after more than the 14 days which is past the contract agreement limit to deliver my property and they wanted me to pay them FIRST before even opening the truck to see my property. They refused to unload the truck and deliver my property without payment FIRST. Keep in mind that the truck is still on the street,I told them that payment is upon delivery and delivery does not mean on the street rather delivery is in my house proper. I even showed them the money order for payment but their dispatcher said NO the LAW says money first before unloading.
The contract plainly says payment upon delivery and if I'm not mistaken delivery means in my house not on the street. I even suggested they begin to bring the property to the house and I would meet them outside the house half way with the money order but still they said NO they must have money before even opening the truck.
How do I know they have all my property? If I give them the money and they don't have all my property then I'm out my money and my property. After my bad experience with them the last few weeks I have reason to be doubtful and not trust them.
They would not show evidence of having all my property only smiled and said no.
Their dispatcher screaming on the phone said it's the law that I must pay first before delivering my furniture. Yet the contract plainly says payment upon delivery. So one day more and NO furniture and we are still sleeping on the floor with no clothes except what we brought with us in our car which equals one suit of clothing. Thank goodness with at least have that.

You can contact Arnold Diaz a reporter for cbs news about companies like star of david. Their show is called Shame on You. The number is 1 877 426 3668. Please, the only way to make a change is to band in numbers and report to ALL resources when a company treats people like this. It is the only way. Just reporting to one internet source wont do it.

I have had a bad experience with Star of david too and would like to be a part of your class action suit!
Here is the address and number to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They have not had any complaints with the BBB. As of now they are listed in satisfactory standing with them! That has to change!!!

To everyone who has been riped-off by Star of David Moving.

This is probably the best way to get started.
To group together to file a class action lawsuit we must communicate somehow. I have more information to provide but only if your serious about this and want to group together. 239-656-6741 and ask for Tony or leave a message where I may contact you for personal conversation as to what you wish to accomplish. I LIVE in Florida.
To all of you who like myself, who have much to be resolved, it is up to you now to go forward as a group. Please join me because there is more "POWER" in numbers of people doing this and that company might take us more serious when we group together. Perhaps then they won't be so over confident in the themselves.
