This company is horrible customer service. I believe they have just blocked my email address. I have purchased many products in the past from them and tried one of their latest. I recieved one quick email back, when i explained their product wasnt working for me and wanted refund never heard back from them. I have sent tons of emails!! They wont be getting any more of my business. Beware!!!
