Auto insurance companies are twin brothers to the banks. They take your money for years, and refuse to protect you! State Farm is the WORST for auto and any insurance. They do not pay well on policies should you need them in case of an accident, and if you are unfortunately in one (your fault or not), they DROP you from their services and leave you high and dry to look for another car insurance agency. Since it is mandatory to have insurance, these depraved agencies are now taking advantage of the public with outrageous prices to the customer, and little to no protection when needed.
After having earned a decent driving record for 20 years with these corporate theives, I was in a car accident. Not only did they not want to pay for the damages of the car, they then refused to renew my policy since I had such a low premimum and was getting insurance for half the price. It benefits them to use one incident in order to justify their wrongful and unethical praticies.
DO NOT BUY State Farm Auto Insurance or you will be unpleasantly surprised when you need them after paying them for literally, nothing.

I answered the legitimate question asked #1, not the Josey question which was ibviously obnoxious. And funny you spend your free time defending a corrupt insurance company, but as you suggested, I did speak with my agent. This employee HERSELF agreed with me and said their behaviors is out of the agents hands. Thanks, and good luck with your decision.

I have had State Farm for years and they have always treated me and my family with the up most respect. I have been in several accidents including one that I was at partial fault. Just because YOU do not agree with what you deem to be worthy of reimbursement does not make them horrible. Perhaps you should have a long chat with your agent as to why your listed events took place? I for one will vouch that they have exemplary service and I will continue to use them. All of my claims were promptly paid and resolved within DAYS of filing. Perhaps you are not telling us the full story? The previous fellas questions are legitimate try answering them and then maybe we will agree with you report?

What reason did they give you for not paying for the damage to the car?

The driver who hit me also had State Farm insurance. They wanted to give me the most minimal possible to the damages she caused to my car, PLUS offered only 6% of the claim filed against her policy for my injuries. That doesn't even cover the outstanding bill to a Dr. that I incurred. Forget about pain, loss time, and extreme aggravation.
In addition, when they finally issued a check for repairs, they said it was "in error" and the amount should have been less. I had already cashed the check at THEIR BANK, and five days later, after it cleared, they convinced the bank to put an illegal stop payment on it. Because I happened to have the same bank, they were able to then create a negative balance in my own private account, and refund the money back to State Farm. Meanwhile, I am out of a repair check, plus a negative financial balance in my own account that I never authorized for them to use.
They are all working together. Big money. Big corporations, and the consumer is now the victim. Not once, but twice.

"they not want to pay for the damages of the car"
What reason did they give you for not paying for the damage to the car? Did your policy include collision insurance?
