State Farm wrong but refuses to pay /they lied to me and would not hear the whole story Jamestown New York

State Farm has refused to pay for my Van, which was hit by one of their policy holders , a 77 year old woman who said she had already had 2 previous accidents before this one. She was in a hurry , which she told me, and while my van was at an intersection trying to turn left, it was waiting for a lady to cross the street , she drove right up on the left side slamming into my van. the police officer told the lady she was wrong and i also had witnesses .

one man who was a witness , made remarks about how nice the old lady was and that she had a nice car. well, who cares how nice her car was. of course he also lives in a real nice house too. some people just look down on others. the other witness said the elderly woman almost ran into her child before hitting my van.

Lo and behold , for almost 2 weeks state farm told me things like it would take weeks to get a police report, i faxed them mine . then they said everything was fine and i would be getting a check soon because their claims adjuster came out and totalled my van which by the way was 90 miles from home and no i was not able to get a rental from them either.

now, after talking to this man who is sympathetic to the old lady, they are refusing to pay my claim . i know because i spoke to him myself and he pretty much sounded like he just felt sorry for the elderly lady . thats not the way to do business. no0w, i know why everyone hates state farm these days . THEY ARE OUT TO SCREW YOU ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I AM SUING THEM ANYHOW.
