Do not order from this company. Stay away...very far away!

I ordered 3 items from them the 3rd week of Novenber, I got 1 item in a timel manner. The other 2 items never showed up.

They do not have a phone number, all correspondence is done via email. I did get a number from my credit card company 347-687-8369, but of course no one answers it, you have to leave a message, and I can promise you, they will not call back.

The fedex tracking number I got said the package was delivered on Oct. 28 (how can it be delivered before I even orderd it?) I contacted them on Dec. 8 and got a response from Amanda Kanter who said she would look into it. She gave me a new tracking number, I checked it yesterday Dec. 11 and it says the pacage was delivered to Taylors, SC...I don't even live in Taylors.

I contacted Fedex and they verified the package was delivered to an address in Taylors yesterday, they asked me for my name and address and told me that don't even have any packages with my name or address to be delivered to me.

The last 2 emails I sent to them I have not received a reply back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, I am writing this report and contacting the BBB.

I am now out my money and I ordered something for my grandson for Christmas.

I know there are only a few complaints on this company, but I don't think people take time to warn the rest of us about their practices.

But I am warning you now, stay away from this company.
