On December 10, 2004 the CEO of Imergent (aka Storesonline) posted this message to shareholders (to verify go to Yahoo Finance enter symbol IIG and go to the message board. Scroll down to message #727):

"Mr. Cleo and other oppositional friends - this board was brought to my attention and I have found the posts both informative and accurate as well entertaining and misleading. I know it may be frustating to learn that virtually all your assumptions are inaccurate at this point, but I invite you, and any shareholder,

You're also invited to visit the company or attend one of our workshops. I'll go with you. I run this company for shareholders and I'm available to anyone who calls. If he is willing to make this offer to his shareholders, then the same should hold true for his customers. Afterall, without customers, there wouldn't be a company to invest in. In my opinion, he should be running this company for his customers, not his shareholders!! By the way, the "inaccuracies" he refers to include a link to this website, news exposes, etc.

Consumers who participated in this action received an average refund of $2700.00



I suggest you call Mr. Danks at the number stated above if you feel as though you qualify for a refund. If he's unwilling to speak with you, contact the San Mateo District Attorney's office for qualification guidelines and instructions.
