do not buy a phone from straighttalk.com online-if you have a problem with the phone they will give you the runaround so many times to try to trick you-they even send me a fedx label without a tracking number to trick me-I have report from fedx that you have to have a tracking number on billable stamp and straighttalk thought they would screw me and I would be unable to track the phone package-beware of straightalk.com

they have shut my service off after buying a phone refill card and updating the refill and the phone was shut off-many problems-pay a bit more and get people that speak english that understand what you are saying because I feel they dont understand what I am saying-and this is what caused the issues!!!!!!
