straight talk Track phone Verison wireless 3gb limit is cut by a third... everywhere Nationwide

The phone i have is 4g 

The phone is equipt with a calculator of the data i use

Two months now ..iv had my data slowed to dial up speed..

I call an ask why 

After a long drawn out setion of them confirming me an wanting me to call from another phone.. wanting me to reset .my phone..

No they tell  me  ive uses more than three gb an they slowed it down..

I explain i used 1 gb according to the  in phone calculation

That leaves a two gb differance???

I tell them its there phone they sold me 

Why would the phone lie about the usage

They say it does lie an there correct 

This goes bac an forth with them convinced theres is correct an there not giving the speed back..

This happened for two months .the first month i was lisning to pandora

The second time  My niece used it an mite have used more than i 

I only go on cl 

I gb  is way off from 3gb

Today my phone says 1.2 gb

611611 text usage says 3.32

How can this be off this much..?

This means im getting 1gb for my 45$ monthly fee

Will someone please verify as to this equation with there phone 

An if im wright then there should be a class action  suit for this
