I would give a Zero if I could. Every one should report to BBB. I just got out hospital and called and told them this. Was on automatic refill. Just got home two days from hospital and no gas no heat. I called and said why no gas I just got out of hospital. No problem we can come but it a $269 charge. I was like what??? No way I paying that! They came next day and changed my card $387 not once but twice and never to this day credit me back. I sent back statements many times and still got calls and emails from them. They such a fraud and then they came and took tanks. That when I bought house where now mine. They took tank that where filled and trying to charge for fuel the took from me. Now I'm feeling better I will be blasting them all over social media this company does not treat customers right at all it sad. Read all the reviews not on good one.
