I was overcharged for service that was not provided. I have tried to get a refund unsuccessfully. The service was scheduled through AT & T. I agreed to $25 towards service and was specifically told that it would not be Suddenlink providing the service. I insisted that Suddenlink not be the company providing the service because they were unsuccessfully tried 2 weeks earlier.

I cancelled the appointment when Suddenlink confirmed the appointment and charged $30. I have had to complain to my credit card company to remove the charge after failed attempts with Suddenlink.
