I placed an order on January 24. When I received the order I carefully went through the package, since it was a large order ($353.85), and found that several items were missing from it. The company charged me for items that were missing from the box as well as they charged me different prices than what I was given in a written quote.

When I contacted them explaining this, a representative responded back very matter of fact that whatever I paid for was in the box and that they reserve the right to change their prices at any time. The company have been playing games since I brought the matter to their attention and they see nothing wrong with their patronizing attitude, horrible customer service, charging for items they don't put in the box, and charging different prices than a written quote you get when you finished with your order on the web.

They don't even let you know that the prices will be different, you (the customer) have to figure it out from your receipt when you actually get your order and you would know about the different prices only if you compared the receipt to the written quote you received after your order. They also fail to tell you about items they don't have and are not included in your package you have to figure that out yourself matching your order to the receipt.

The company is also charging backward, they take the list you order without checking first as to what they have in stock and what they do not have in stock and they go ahead and charge the full amount on your credit card. After they charge the full amount to your card, they check what they do not have and make an adjustment back to the card ( so they claim). They do these because the confirmation lists the shipping and handling for the full box. They charge the full amount with these full shipping and handling, but they deduct from the total only the items they do not have, leaving the shipping and handling for the full box,, even thought hey do not send the full box.

The company is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake and denying any wrongdoing. I found it amazing that they would give me grief over $22 when I ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise since the $353.85 was not the only order that I made from the company just recently and that a company would basically call you a liar instead of sending you the items they did not send and adjust the prices to what they were suppose to charge you on the first place. I reported the company to the Attorney General's office, to the Better Business Bureau and I contacted an attorney as well.

Merci

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

rebuttal untrue

AUTHOR: N - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 11, 2007

The company IS still at location posted. (moving soon to a building being erected for us). There is no "mailbox" that can be overflowing. The mail carrier brings mail into the store.

Mercedes Oz ordered TWICE. The one she disputed (twice and was denied both times) was correct in every way. Her confusion is that the company who made several of the molds she ordered went out of business and by the time she ordered the numbers of the molds changed to those of the new company. We sent same mold designs by new manuf. The order came in late on a weekend and she needed it fast, so the owner pulled and packaged it. Owner is positive we sent everything she ordered. Spent a lot of time trying to help her.

She was refused by her credit card rebuttal TWICE and the Attorney General's office. Plus 2 dif. lawyer letters did no good.

Soon after she found out she wasn't getting her way, she reported that another pachage from us for about $250.00 was "lost" and made UPS pay for it. UPS said she has to sign for packages from now on.
