First the $49 reservation fee per person then the $99 per person deposit.  $296 total.

My husband and I attended a "reception" on June, 2014 in hotel lobby in Novi MI. Reception was an attempt to sell "travel services" for Dreamscape Travel Services, LLC.  My husband and I wanted to take a vacation to Colorado.  When the original date was picked, it was apparently during a peak period and would cost more money.  I researched online and could get the same vacation myself for half the price.

I tried to get different dates, but all the different reservations we made were so expensive and would cost us an extra $200, in addition to the $296 we already paid.

They couldn't find us reservations that didn't cost so much money,  within the expiration date of the original "free ticket" that we received- so they sent us a voucher for $296 that would expire on December 29 2014. We had until that time to make hotel reservations or car rentals, air fare was not included.

It was just to expensive, so next we decided to use the voucher for a rental car to drive for a road trip.  Everytime I called, I would always get their voicemail(even though they were open from 9-5pm M-F) It always took them serveral days/weeks to return calls, even though they said they would return the call that same day or within 24 hrs.

We tried to get a rental car during the Christmas season, the cost was over $1000 for a 8 days trip.  I told her it was too expensive, and we wouldn't afford those prices. I did find a vehicle- an SUV- for less than 1/2 the price they quoted me.

They told me it was because it was the holiday season that it was so expensive and the dealers they dealt with only gave them the total cost and not an itemized billing. 

Next, we tried going somewhere closer,  Chicago.  This too had additional fees attached to them.  So I tried a place in Michigan where I could drive to in about 2 hours.  This should cut out the airport fees and airline tickets, right? They found a nice hotel for a long weekend and it would cost us and additional $81. I changed it to a few days stay during the week this would cost me an additional $61, instead.  I wanted to know why it would cost me additional money, when I already paid almost $300. Daisy told me it was the service fees and an service fee per person for $49. they subtracted the 296-98($49 service fee per person)-259 for the hotel left and additional $61 I had to pay.

Daisy send me an authorization form to allow her to charge my credit card the additional $61. After receiving the email, the form requested my card information, including the security code. After discussing with my husband we decided that if we filled out that form they would scam our card, so we will chalk up the $296 to a loss and never ever go to any more seminars offering free anything.

As we all know, we should have trusted our gut and realized this was a scam.

I hope people see this before being scammed out of their hard earned dollars.
