while i did not attend sundance vacation's sales pitch, i am very familiar with their tactics. i too filled out a chance to win a vehicle only to receive several phone calls from their representatives offering the marriott stay and internet shopping spree. although i declined their offer to attend every time, i still received subsequent phone calls soliciting me to attend. my declining the offer doesn't seem to deter sundance from continuing to call. the ironic thing is i'm a member of the parent company Travel Advantage Network (TAN) and am very satisfied with their service.
