 Worse place to live ever! They raise rent every year, constantly drive by on golf carts looking for a reason to write you up. And now, to top it all off they are having all of the fences in the community removed so you won't have your own yard anymore. Now, anyone can just walk right up to your windows with no effort and take a peek. Or steal your things for that matter. How ridiculous this place is. I would nevery recommend this place to anybody. Plus the lot rent is stupid high and for what? To be asked to remove your fence out of pocket to the renters? F*** this place. Everyone is moving out because of high prices and silly rules. No window a/c units, towing your guests car. The list goes on and on.
