In 2016 we interviewed for solar panels, the rep from SunPro Solar's presented us with the picture of how our electric bill would be so low we would be selling electricity back to Entergy at a cost of $25,000.00 for panels and installation.  After the panels were installed our electric bill remained around the same as it did when we were on  Entergy's bill leveling ( each bill being the same price).  We never  got anywhere near selling energy back to the electric company.  The real problem came after we had to replaced our roof. The panels needed to be removed and then replaced at a cost of $4000.00 to keep the warranty, it could only be done by SunPro workers  (now ADT/SUNPRO). The panels were pressure washed before being placed back on the roof by the workers that took them off.  My husband requested a technician come out to make sure they were working properly, we were constantly told "you are in the que" this went on for three (3) months. It was only until I contacted the Louisiana State Attorney Generals Office that miraculiously  a technician was sent out. The panels are all facing the east with no obstruction of the sun. However, there is no consistency in the level of production for each of the 22 panels, and no one at ADT/SUNPRO can tell us why the panels are producing inconsistenly and lower that promised. A tech came out and was on the roof for at least 1 hour then stated the panels were not producing becasue they were "dirty." My husband explained they were pressure washed before they were reinstalled on the roof and 2 days prior there were 2 days of Louisiana torrential rain. However, workers came back and washed the panels which in fact did not increase their level of production. Several representatives from ADT/SUNPRO would contact us often seeking the same information requeste by  other representatives that we had previously submitted.  However, all stating the panels were working fine. My husband monitores the panels daily and the level of production remained inconsistent from panel to panel and never increasing. One representative even said that we should not expect the panels to produce as they did initially. I told her there was never a noticable decrease in our electric bill as was initially promised.  I told her they were installed in 2016 and the ability of the panels to produce should be an expectancy of longer than 7 years.  ADT/SUNPRO expected us to accept their word when our monitored documentation showed a totally different result. Currently (4/17/23) one of the panels was producing at a 31% rate far below the others. My husband called this in  spoke with tech David at 833 409 1007  and was given case number 180-557. David stated it would be a couple of days before someone would come out to address the failure.  Today is 4/26/23. Not a word yet from ADT/SUNPRO about a tech coming out. $30,000.00 waisted, save your money, I would never recommend this company to anyone.  This company has  poor product quality, lousy customer service and a total RIPOFF!
