The dirt bike I bought had problems from the very first time use. Clutch cable ferrule broke off on the first lever squeeze. I contacted the superiorpowersports.com's "customer service" and I was instructed to fill out a claim form and submit it along with detailed pictures and description of the problem. I did this immediately and in the mean time used my own resources to put a temporary fix to the cable issue. A month later clutch lever and a rear shock broke almost simultaneously. This is when I had to deal with their so called "customer service" again, and when I realized my previous issue remained unresolved. First I logged in to their website and, according to their records, they were awaiting my response, however it didn't specify what question and/or inquiry my response would pertain to, as I already sent all the required info. I then went on to call them on the phone.

To make long story short, after several phone calls and emails, I was told that manufacturer will not issue replacement parts, because they are not covered by warranty, and according to the evidence submitted by me,  parts were subjected to abuse/lack of maintenance (nice try to shift the blame). The superiorpowersports.com representative (Mike who, by the way, is one of the two reps always picking up the phone) started lecturing me about how I should read the warranty before making any purchase and he suggested that for the price ($750 incl. shipping) I shouldn't expect much of a dirt bike. I kind of agree with that statement however I didn't expect a total lack of support from the dealer side. They don't sell parts, nor have any schematics to identify parts, nor referred me to any other vendor who would be able to provide any help. In the end they stopped returning my phone calls and emails and I understood that I was, from that point on, on my own. Hopefully I will be able to get all required part online. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND NOTHING TO OFFER BESIDES IT.
