*Consumer Comment: I tried these people once....
This company is a joke, I am in the process of trying to cancel my contract with them. Of course, they denied my first termination request, I am going to stay persistent in writing and faxing and calling everyday until they cancel it. If anyone has any other advice for me please let me know. I appreciate any help I can get.

I tried these people once....

My experience with Supportkids was a joke too. They collected maybe $500. (I probably recieved $75 of that) Most of that went toward their "fees" that they don't really tell you about when you sign up. Then they used my state's OCSE information to try to track my ex down. They actually did LESS than the state did. I gave them information as to where my ex was working once, they charged me a "legal fee" for the service of the wage witholding.
I needless to say, dumped them as soon as I was technically able. There is a point in time in your contract that you are able if they aren't able to collect on your case, I think. I had a real deadbeat for an ex that was more hassle than it was worth for them to collect. They weren't making anything off of me or him so they let "us" out of the contract. Keep trying, if they aren't making anything off of you, they WILL probably let you go too. I'd maybe suggest, not letting them know any info on your "ex or deadbeat",(if you know any) this might speed the proces along. BTW, I am now owed more than $20,000. They really "helped out"!!
