It's not a matter of asking, it's a matter of obligation. If he keeps denying they just let it slide. Then they tell you that he is not cooperating and tell you the they can't do anything for you. Well after two years and no child supportI called the Kansas Payment Center and asked them what I could do if I knew the NCP"s Address and work info. She said that the only thing I had to do is go to the Court of Trustees or county treasurer and file a withholding order and they would do the rest.
