I received a fax at work for a vacation package once I sent the money the company sent it to a scam booking agent for addtional money to book the package. I snet it to them and they returned a package that was going to cost me an addtional $8000 to take stating the reason was it did not meet the booking agents guidelines so I confirmed the guidelines and sent a rebooking fee and met all the guidelines and received a package for an addtional $4000 so I requested a refund that they were not fulling the package a purchased and could not get an answer back from the orginal company who satarted it. There phone # was changed and there email was chnaged. I waited several months and received another fax and called the new number and they now told me I let the cerificate expirer and is no longer usable. I sent them all the emails showing that I tried to not only book the vacation twice but received no response from them on refund.

here is the email I sent

Fun time vacation,/ Supreme choice,

Once again I am sent a booking that requires me to pay an additional cost of $4251. This package was original offered to me for 3 adults air included  and I paid for it in advance to the travel center Supreme Chioce who than sold it to Fun Time who is booking it for me.

The first time I booked it I was told the reason for the additional cost was because it was outside the peak travel season,  within 1 week of a major holiday, and travel was not on a Tuesday or Wednesday.  I contacted both companies ,Fun time and SupremeChoice about this and resubmitted my choice to stay within the guidelines.  I spoke to customer service at Supreme Choice and Funtime and was told  if I stay within these guidelines I will not incur additional cost.

  *   No travel dates  within one week of a major travel holiday
  *   Outbound travel day is considered a peak fly day so fly on Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid upcharge

Do not travel during peak travel season for the destination of my choice which is Maui Hawaii which I was told was June by both companies.

You sold me a package deal and have not fulfilled your end to it and the booking company continues to say I have to pay additional money to book the trip. I kept the 2nd request within the guidelines of the booking agent but I am still being asked to pay additional Money for this trip.  Please refund the entire amount I have paid for this package YTD or work it out with the booking agent you selected.
