Clent I.D 22906583   Supreme Choice Travel/The Travel Center is a SCAM!! Do-Not buy any vacation packages from this company. On Mach 10th, 2015 I called to book a 3day 2night Las Vegas vacation package for 4adults and 2free. The total came to $760.00 for 6 total adults. I told Erica ext: 2702 (sales agent) on the phone that I wanted to travel on June 10th - 14th 2015 and she assured me this was not a problem. She told me that I should in the FUTURE try to book 90days in advance, but did not say that my dates were an issue this time. I was told that I would receive a receipt conformation within 24hours and I did. I was also told that I would receive a packet in the mail in 3-5days and I have yet to receive this packet. I was then transferred to another person whom Erica claimed to be a third party and would ask me some questions and also made note that I will then be recorded. Well when this other individual gets on the phone they pretend to be in a different place, and they then SCAM you by asking you questions and then using the term Travel VOUCHER but pretending as if they're verifying the information you have already gave to the previous person you spoke with. So they haven’t booked a vacation they just give you the idea that they did in the beginning. So after I booked my so call vacation on March 10th, 2015, I tried to cancel on March 11th - today’s current date because they give you 72hrs to cancel. I was well within the 72hr time frame in order to cancel this vacation. After they drafted $760.00 by a check out of my account and I called in to speak with Erica all of a sudden she is no longer available. I then get an email that says "promotional Package". This is when I really knew these people were a scam. The flyer that they send says "Travel Center" where you send $69.00pp to buy into a contract for one year, still no vacation, but a lot of money seems to be accumulating. I did not send the $69.00. I call customer service and no one answers. I then send an email after not being able to reach anyone to the customer service regarding a refund. Customer Service refers me to the "refund department". The refund department continues to email me and will never call. This is not how a real business is conducted. All I asked for was a Full refund $760 that they were not authorized to take due to the fact that I tried to cancel within 72hrs and I am unable to use the vacation according to what was discussed and because they sold something under false pretenses. They refuse to give me a refund. This company is a SCAM!!! Please DO-NOT buy any vacation packages no matter how good it seems. Please be aware that they may use different names and numbers, and they FAX flyers to jobs with NO WEBSITE and they try to rush you to buy as if the sale will end. Please be aware so they will not take your money.

You shouldn't affiliate yourself with companys that use you or your name with there advertisement or SCAM! And your right I didnt send you any money and The Travel Center if they are a seperate entity does  not owe me any money, because I became aware of the SCAM before it got that far.

P.S I look forward to the law being passed as well. Good Luck.

WHY INCLUDE TRAVEL CENTER

In this post the person mentions Travel Center..........WHY.

This person did not pay TC anything and TC did not perform any services.

I am glad that there is a law before congress at this very moment that gives companies the right to pursue legal action againt anyone who posts unfair negative things againt their company.

This post is clearly unfair to TC and we are looking forward to this law being passed.
