I was contacted by phone and was told I qualified for a credit card with a limit of $2000.00 with zero interest for 3 years and then the interest would be 4.9 there after. I was also told that a $249.00 deposit was required for this account to activate. I then was told that I would not receive this card until 25 days after the deposit they required was withdrawn from my account and that I could not cancel the credit card until I received it. I on several occasions during this conversation questioned how this was possible to receive a credit limit so high with just a fair credit scoring on my credit report I was told again that the deposit made that possible.

I have the returned check they used to withdraw the monies from my account with said account numbers and contact phone numbers. The $249.00 was withdrawn from my account on April 19th, 2005. May 18th, 2005 I called the company and they said I would receive my card no later than May 25th, 2005.I tried calling the company several times and have been unable to talk to anyone.

I went on the web to locate any information that could help me and found this web site. I have printed out a copy of this web site and contacted my bank to hopefully retrieve my money back.
